Payments & Policies

Payment Methods
Vidette Aerial Solutions accepts payment through Square by credit or debit card and ACH bank transfer, along with PayPal, Cash App, check, cash, and Bitcoin. A 10% discount is available for projects paid in Bitcoin.

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for projects over $500 and for projects that require substantial travel. This deposit secures your date and reserves time on the schedule.

Final Payment
Final payment is due at the time of final delivery unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Rush Projects
Rush projects typically require full payment up front and billed at an additional 25% of total project cost.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Refunds are available before work begins. For larger projects, cancellation fees may apply if travel has already occurred or substantial time has been reserved on the schedule. Deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled project at our discretion.

Weather & Rescheduling

Aerial operations are a serious responsibility, and the safety of people and property remains the top priority. Inclement weather, airspace restrictions, or any conditions that prevent safe and effective flight may result in project delays or rescheduling. If conditions prevent flight, you will be notified and the project will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

 

Travel
Mileage charges apply after 30 miles round trip. Reduced travel rates may be available for clients with multiple properties or repeat bookings.

 

Turnaround & Delivery
Standard turnaround is typically 2 to 3 business days. Turnaround time may vary depending on weather, scheduling, project scope, and deliverable needs. Final files are delivered by email or Google Drive.
